Eternal Destinies Are At Stake

‘And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”’ Mark 16:15
It is not politically correct anymore to spread the Gospel. The popular belief that all spiritual paths lead to God has grown and to say that Jesus is the only way is seen as intolerant even hateful. Yet, accepting these popular notions of the world is the same as denying Christ. All around us are those headed for a Christless eternity. Many are lost and hopeless and do not know the only answer lies in Jesus Christ. (continue reading…)
Jesus the Chief Cornerstone

I have learned that sometimes it doesn’t matter what approach a Christ follower uses to spread the Gospel of Jesus, it just offends some people. But He cries, He weeps, He bleeds; And He cares for your needs
And you just lay back; And keep soaking it in,
Oh, can’t you see it’s such a sin? (continue reading…)

It is easy to get discouraged as we each try in our own way to be amdassadors for Christ in our world. Often we see little results. So many around us seem to reject God as just a fairy tale and even try to make us feel ridiculous. (continue reading…)
A Fire Burns in My Bones

Jeremiah is known as the “Weeping Prophet” because of his grief over the sin and coming destruction of Judah. His messages were ignored and people even began to hate and persecute him. He complained to the Lord:
“When I speak, the words burst out. “Violence and destruction!” I shout. So these messages from the Lord have made me a household joke.” Jeremiah 20:8
He wanted to give up and ignore God’s call. But he could not. (continue reading…)
