The passionate commitment of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies will make this happen!’ Isaiah 9:6-7

I am Leaving You With a Gift
by JoAnn on Oct.12, 2009, under Reflections
Micah foretells of Christ’s birth in Micah 5. He names Bethlehem as the city of the Messiah’s birth and tells of His strength and majesty. Then, Micah makes one profound statement in Verse 5:
“And He will be the source of peace.”
Jesus himself, speaks to us about this same gift of peace:
“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” John 14:27.
We have no need to fear the future. We have no reason to be stressed by anything daily life throws at us. Our real life is hidden with Christ in God. Jesus Christ has overcome this world! Christ is all that matters, and He lives in all of us.
Praise be to God!

You will crawl on your belly, groveling in the dust as long as you live. And I will cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.” (continue reading…)
