Praise“O Sovereign LORD, you are God! Your words are trustworthy, and you have promised these good things to your servant. Now be pleased to bless the house of your servant, that it may continue forever in your sight; for you, O Sovereign LORD, have spoken, and with your blessing the house of your servant will be blessed forever.” 2 Samuel 7:28-29

Thanksgiving Prayers

by JoAnn on Nov.22, 2009, under Reflections, Thanksgiving

This year on Thanksgiving many Amercians will be enjoying lavish dinners, huge parades and football games. And through all the celebrating, we are filled with gratitude for all of God’s blessings.

But the video below is a great reminder to us that there are those who are not surrounded by family. They are in far away, dangerous places. Their families gather together and pray for their safe return.

They are our United States Military faithfully serving our Country with honor and valor. Please keep them and their loved ones in your prayers on this holiday and every day.

May God Bless and Keep our Nation.
